Are there changing areas and locker facilities available at CoCo Key Water Resort?
There are changing areas complete with lockers and showers. Lockers are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.
At what age is a child required to have an adult chaperon?
Children 13 years or younger are required to have adult supervision. Teens 14 and older may enjoy CoCo Key unaccompanied by an adult.
If I did not book a water resort package, but I am staying at the hotel, may I still experience CoCo Key Water Resort?
Yes, contact our front desk to purchase water resort passes when you arrive.
Must children under the age of 2 years pay to enter the water resort?
Children 23 months or YOUNGER have complimentary access to the water resort. Children 24 months or OLDER are required to purchase a day pass to enter the water resort. All children who wear diapers are required to wear a swim diaper for health and safety reasons. Water-specific diapers are available at CoCo Key for a nominal fee.
Why must I purchase a ticket if I am not swimming?
Everyone that enters the Resort must have a valid wristband due to capacity regulations.
Can I bring water toys or floatation devices into the water resort?
No, we do not allow any type of water toys or floatation devices except for US Coast Guard approved Life Jackets. If you are uncertain if your life jacket is approved, our certified life guards can assist you. We do provide complimentary Life Jackets in a variety of sizes.
What is the overnight reservation and cancellation policy at CoCo Key Water Resort?
Individual overnight reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card to be considered confirmed. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the arrival date are nonrefundable. For Water Park Group and Birthday Party Package reservations and cancellation policies, please contact us at 513.771.2080.
What are check-in and check-out hours for the hotel?
Check-in time is guaranteed any time after 4:00 p.m. Waterpark guests may use the waterpark and changing facilities beginning at 11:00 a.m. on their arrival day.
Check-out time is 11:00 am. Departing water resort guests are welcome to make complete use of CoCo Key Water Resort and changing facilities until closing time on the day of their departure, but guests must vacate their room by 11:00 a.m. on their scheduled departure date at which time the key card will expire. Please be advised that a late check out fee of $75 will be assessed after 11am.
Weather Policy
CoCo Key Water Resort takes the safety of our guests very seriously. As a result, we follow specific guidelines regarding inclement weather. During periods of inclement weather, some or all attractions may cease operation temporarily, including outdoor attractions as well as indoor attractions which may be affected by lightning storms.
In the event that some or all attractions are temporarily shut down for inclement weather, CoCo Key will make every effort to re open attractions as soon as conditions permit safe operation.
Are towels provided at CoCo Key Water Resort?
Guests are advised to bring their own towels from home. CoCo Key does not provide towels to day pass guests.
Is there a dress code in the resort?
Inside the resort guests wishing to participate in swimming activities must be wearing a lined swim suit. Resort attire is appropriate when inside Coco Key. Outside of the resort, shirts, shoes, and shorts are required, including all lobby areas, arcade, and hotel common areas.

You may email (cckcincinnati@gmail.com) or call (513.552.6216) and leave a message for the Water Resort Director at any time. However, as our weekday hours may vary, the best time to contact the Water Resort Director or to expect a response is Thursday-Sunday.
Where can we eat while we are visiting CoCo Key Water Resort?
A day in the waves at our water park creates quite an appetite! Fortunately, CoCo Key Water Resort has plenty of delicious Cincinnati dining options located within the water park and hotel!
Water Park Dining:
Pizza Hut Express offers familiar favorites including pepperoni and cheese, and don’t forget the breadsticks!
Gator’s Grab & Go offers healthy options for your day in the waves. Grab a sandwich, salad, or healthy drink and go! Gator’s Grab & Go also serves beer when Wet Rooster Bar is closed.
Wet Rooster Bar is fully stocked with options for adults and kids. Enjoy a smoothie, cocktail, or other tropical beverage and light snack at Wet Rooster.
Hotel Dining:
TradeWinds Restaurant & Lounge is located just off the main hotel lobby, offering all-American favorites including burgers, salads, and sandwiches at great family-friendly prices. Enjoy full-service at TradeWinds for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
